"At Pension Kitty we understand that plans can change. That's why you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay, we will charge 50% of the total price. If you don't show up, we will be forced to charge the full reservation price. We look forward to welcoming you!"
