Spacious and comfortable room (20m2) on the first floor with a delightful balcony and garden view. The floor is only accessible by stairs.

This cozy and spacious double room has two separate single beds side by side, a private bathroom and toilet, and is equipped with all amenities such as a fridge, kettle, and Nespresso machine. You can enjoy the morning sun on the balcony. If you're bringing your baby on vacation, we'll happily add a baby bed to your room. 

All our guests can enjoy our sunny garden with terrace, loungers, and barbecue. If you arrive by car, you can park it for free on our premises, subject to availability. As an extra service, we offer our guests free access to the Promenadenbad in Pörtschach during the summer.
