Comfortable room (16m2) on the first floor with a nice balcony and a view of the garden. The floor is only accessible by stairs.

This cozy double room has been recently renovated and features a luxury box spring bed (double), a private bathroom and toilet, and is equipped with all amenities such as a refrigerator, kettle, and Nespresso machine. You can enjoy the morning sun on the balcony.

All our guests can use our sunny garden with terrace, deck chairs, and a barbecue. If you arrive by car, you can park it for free at our house, subject to availability. As an extra service, we offer our guests free access to the Promenadenbad in Pörtschach during the summer.
